We recently moved to LA and started looking for an agent last year. After meeting a number of agents in the La Canada/La Crescenta area, we were not impressed. We found Corey's profile and felt that he was the type of agent we were interested in working with: someone local to La Canada and who had a construction background (as we planned to do renovations).

There are many quirks to the La Canada real estate market and he helped guide us through the process of learning these. The first three offers we made were not accepted, and Corey correctly predicted that we were unlikely to get it, but he was always supportive and never pushy or trying to convince us to go above our means. Our last offer, on a beautiful house in the hills of La Canada, Corey helped us work out a plan that he thought could win and it was accepted without a counter, despite the fact that there were over 20 other offers!

He was the best agent we could have used and was willing to work around our busy schedule, setting up visits to different listings for us after work hours and preparing many DocuSign documents so we could sign paperwork remotely, even while I was on travel! I would recommend Corey Park to anyone looking for a friendly, knowledgeable agent in the La Canada or La Crescenta area! While we are glad to be done with the real estate process, we are going to miss hanging out with Corey at open houses.

"Kind of funny how I found Corey.  It seems he was plastered all over La Crescenta spamming me in every direction but in reality it was a sign.  :)  I decided to give Corey a call and discuss options and market trends to determine a good time to sell my property that I hold so dear to my heart.  :(   I went through the down and ups of the market and with my family growing we needed to sell our place and find something that will accommodate everyone.  After a few months of back and fourth (none due to Corey) we decided to place the home on the Market and hope for the best.
